Manado, April 21 (Antara) - The Monaco Bay Resort City, developed by the Lippo Group in Manado, North Sulawesi, has received an international award as it is an industrial concept-based real estate property, stated Lippo Homes Director Bambang Sumargono.
"The Monaco Bay Resort has bagged an international award for being the first and only one in eastern Indonesia," Sumargono remarked here on Wednesday.
He noted that the Monaco Bay Resort City was named in the category of "Highly Commended Commercial Renovation/Redevelopment Indonesia" at the international award.
According to the director, the people of Manado should be happy and proud of the international award as without them, the Lippo Group would not have been able to develop the Monaco Bay and win the award.
Sumargono explained that the award was handed over to Lippo Homes Chief Marketing Officer Jopy Rusli and Lippo Homes Product General Manager Fahmi Firdaus on April 8, 2016, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
With the Monaco Bay Resort in Manado, Lippo Homes won a total of five awards, four of which are the Highly Commended Residential High-rise Development Indonesia for Embarcadero Park, Highly Commended Mixed-use Development Indonesia for Kemang Village, Highly Commended Condominium Indonesia, and Highly Commended Residential High-rise Development Indonesia.
